The terms and conditions described in the following paragraphs are valid for all online purchases from Erik Bagger Furniture A/S. The terms and conditions are valid in the case where there are not any agreed written contracts between the consumer and Erik Bagger Furniture A/S. Price and payment

In this webshop you can order products online and pay via: Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, eDankort, VISA Electron, JBC cards. All prices on Erik Bagger Furniture A/S’s webshop are including VAT. If you as a company wants to purchase you must fill out your VAT registration number during the purchase process. The amount is withdrawn on the card holder’s account when the order is shipped. It is not possible to withdraw a higher amount than the customer has approved.

Delivery and transport

Delivery of goods from Erik Bagger Furniture A/S is considered finished when the consumer has received the goods. The transport is handled by LGT Logistics or BRING. Before any delivery, the carrier will contact you to coordinate the delivery. If there are any visible damages on the goods, it is necessary to notify the carrier on writing upon receipt and to Erik Bagger Furniture A/S as soon as possible.

Delivery to an address in Denmark is free. For delivery outside Denmark, a transport fee is added to the online purchase. The customer is informed about the fee before the final transaction. For products on stock, the delivery time is as soon as possible. It is clearly stated if the product is on stock or not. If the product is not on stock the delivery time must be expected to be approx. 8-10 weeks.

Delivery with BRING

Delivery with BRING all working days between 17.00-21.00. The customer will always receive a track & trace number directly from BRING. BRING will contact the customer directly to coordinate the delivery. If no one is home to receive the goods or the goods cannot be delivered on the address, BRING will not deliver. In these cases, BRING will notify the customer about the unsuccessful delivery and inform the customer that BRING can be contacted to arrange a new delivery date.

Receipt of goods/condition of product

The risk of goods purchased from Erik Bagger Furniture A/S are transferred to the customer at the time of delivery. When receiving goods from a webshop, it is necessary to check the packaging for visible damage immediately upon receipt.
All transport damages must be notified to Erik Bagger Furniture A/S at info@erikbaggerfurniture.com or per phone +45 7070 7703.

If you despite visible holes, dents or other obvious damage to the package did not immediately make any objections to the carrier, there may be doubt as to where the package has been damaged and you would risk being liable for any damage.

If there is minor damage to the package and you believe that it is safe to accept the package, you should together with the carrier write on the freight bill that you receive the package with reservations.

On suspicion of cargo damage, you must:

  • Keep the packaging, as it can be used to document a claim against the freight company.
  • If possible, take pictures of the package and possible damage.
  • Contact Erik Bagger Furniture A/S for further information.

Complaints

The packages are insured during transport, and we ask you to kindly check the package for damages upon receipt. If the package or its content is damaged upon arrival, please report this to Erik Bagger Furniture A/S within reasonable time and no later than two months from receipt.

Regardless of any errors or defects ascertained upon receipt or at a later date, all products are subject to the Danish Sale of Goods Act (købeloven), giving you 24 months to complain about a product. However, if the errors or defects are due to your negligence, abuse or other incorrect use, your right to complain will lapse.

If the complaint is justified, it is possible to replace to a new product, reduction in price or cancelling the contract, depending on the specific situation. We will refund reasonable freight costs that the customer may have in connection with returning the product when the claim is justified. Returns

Erik Bagger Furniture A/S provides a 30 day return policy on Internet sales, applicable from the day you receive your goods. PLEASE NOTE: This does not apply to special made products (Consumer Contracts §18 paragraph. 2 no. 3). To receive the full purchase price refunded, please return the item in the same condition as received. Do you regret a purchase and want to return or exchange an item, please contact us at info@erikbaggerfurniture.com.

When returning goods, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packed, as you have responsibility for the goods until we receive it.

Regretting a purchase means you must pay the transportation back to Erik Bagger Furniture A/S yourself. PLEASE NOTE: You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal by simply refusing receipt of the product or by failing to collect the product from the carrier. Please communicate your decision to return the goods by sending an email to: info@erikbaggerfurniture.com. The costs if you do not pick up the goods will be deducted from the purchase price.

The goods must be shipped to us at latest 14 days after you have communicated your wish to return the goods.

PLEASE NOTE! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

Refunds

If you regret your purchase, you get the full amount you have paid back. In the event of a damage, that you are liable for, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs as a result of your own choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract. When we receive the goods, we will check it and return the amount you paid for the purchase. The amount is always transferred back to the same card as used when you purchased.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the product, unless you have sent us evidence of having sent the package back to us.

PLEASE NOTE!

You may lose your purchase amount, completely or partially. This happens if the product is impaired because:

  • you have actually taken the goods in use
  • it has been damaged while you were responsible for it
  • you have handled the product otherwise than was necessary to enable you to determine the nature.
